Returns

We accept returns of eligible new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return authorization may be required prior to return shipment

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged product

  • Shipping error caused by our company

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped:

  • Incontinence products

  • Opened nutritional drinks or supplements

  • Opened consumable healthcare products

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked non-returnable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Exchanges

Eligible unopened items may be exchanged based on product availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
